The Spruce Duck

A simple quadcopter frame made from cheap, laser cut wood parts.

The Spruce Duck, named after the Hughes H-4 Hercules, is the wooden quadcopter project I started while attending Highline College. A few prototypes and a couple lot of snapped arms later my final design holds up exceptionally well despite my poor flying skills. If you have any interest in experimenting with a simple quadcopter I encourage you to laser cut your own with the .step download below.
